Lidija Micevska and Katerina Atanasovska won the award for the best worker in 2022.
They were nominated together with their colleague Borche Kolarski.
Lidiјa won the award because of her efficiency, diligence, sacrifice and maximum commitment to work. During the entire year 2022, the Department of Finances had a reduced number of employees, while Lidija managed to keep things under control and all obligations were completed in a timely, efficient and precise manner.
Katerina won the award for her team spirit, enthusiasm, positivity and willingness to always assist colleagues, both from her own and from the other departments in Pharmachem. She took part in the implementation of the process for placing Vevcani on the list of the top 100 world green destinations for 2022. With external partners she also always has a professional relationship with a vast amount of patience and will to resolve the ongoing challenges. Kate makes an immense personal contribution to the success of Pharmachem every day.
Anonymous voting took place online on Thursday, April 13th, and the awards announcement took place on May 2nd, 2023.
