The May 1st award “Employee of the Year” for 2025 has been awarded to Goran Karbevski, a colleague who has been part of Farmahem since its very beginning. We are especially pleased that in times when everyone seems to be rushing and focused on material pursuits, Goran’s humility, impeccable conduct, and cultured manners were recognized both, by clients and suppliers.
Last year, Goran made a significant contribution to the educational events held at Farmahem in October, although he did so in his own modest and discreet way, with a subtle and unobtrusive contribution. Sharing knowledge, maintaining strong professional connections, and supporting younger colleagues are qualities that everyone should strive for. These values are the foundation for building and sustaining the success of any team.
It is truly wonderful when someone who is getting closer to the end of the career, and who has remained loyal to the company all these years, receives official recognition from colleagues — the “Employee of the Year” award.
We also extend our sincere congratulations to the other two nominated colleagues, Stevka Pop-Trajkova and Borche Kolarski, who were likewise recognized for their activities and engagement beyond their daily work responsibilities. Their readiness to always step in and help, regardless of workload, as well as their diligence and genuine desire to support the team, were clearly noted.
We hope that in the future we will continue to preserve the tradition of dedication, hard work, solidarity, and love for the job — values that are deeply rooted in Farmahem and embodied by our especially dear colleague, Dushan Gjurovski.
