Dimitar won the award for his dedication, hard work and sacrifice in the past year.
The nomination listed many additional responsibilities outside of his primary work position that make it easier for his Lab co-workers, his quick troubleshooting and on-the-job assistance in any way, or as his colleagues say "their right hand". It is stated that he is professional, hardworking, calm, responsible, smiling, cordial, collegial, punctual, ambitious. He solves every problem in the shortest possible time.
The anonymous voting was performed online on April 15th, and the awards ceremony took place on April 21st, 2022. On that occasion, the jubilee awards for the 20th anniversary in Pharmachem were awarded to Zoran Nastov and Arso Ilievski and the 10th anniversary in Pharmachem to Daniel Stefanovski.
