Project: "Training of employees in the State Agency for Food and other stakeholders in accordance with the requirements of the HACCP system"
Objective: Transfer of knowledge for monitoring of the quality of food that is available to consumers and contributiong towards ensuring a healthy population in R. Macedonia by providing safe food for human health.
Activities: Training of inspectors for food, managers, representatives of major supermarkets and restaurants and other stakeholders for HACCP.
Results: Conducted staff training in State Agency for Food and other stakeholders and raised awareness of the importance of monitoring of the food according to HACCP system to ensure safe food for human health.
