On the occasion of May 1st, for the 7th year in a row, the “Employee of the Year 2024” was nominated, voted for, and awarded by all the employees from Pharmachem Diagnostics, Service and Pharmachem, in the memory of our dear colleague Dushan Gjurovski, whose dedication and love for his work continue to inspire the generations to come.
The criteria for the award are: diligence, collegiality, innovation, efficiency, commitment, teamwork, and solidarity.
For 2024, our young colleague Natasha Josevska was voted Employee of the Year. With her cheerfulness, positivity, and great dedication to performing her work duties, she truly motivates all the colleagues around her.
Active both in the field and in the office, she approaches every task with dedication and genuine selflessness, she shares her knowledge with the rest of the team, is a great example of intersectoral cooperation, and is always a team player—supporting our runners with her bicycle at all marathons. She is also a great lover of nature and an advocate for environmental protection.
Congratulations to the second-ranked colleague Borche Kolarski, who has been nominated for this award by his colleagues for the second time.
We are especially pleased that even among the new generations—who did not have the chance to personally meet our colleague Dushan Gjurovski—qualities that characterized him, and which are increasingly rare today, continue to be recognized.
Additionally, within the framework of the Employee of the Year Award, a special recognition was awarded to our colleagues Cvetan Nikolovski, Kocha Fundu and Julijana Dimzova - the trio CKJu, for their vocal performances at our gatherings over the past year. They provided us with a true “remedy for the soul,” bringing warmth and joy to our everyday work responsibilities.
