On the day dedicated to the fight for the preservation and promotion of workers' rights, all employees of Diagnostika Pharmachem, Pharmachem Service and Pharmachem nominate and choose a colleague who will receive the May 1st award "Worker of the Year", inspired and established in the memory of our colleague Dushan Djurovski.
As in the previous five years, the criteria that are among the key in the selection are: diligence, dedication, collegiality, inter-sectoral cooperation, innovation, efficiency, solidarity, sacrifice, general well-being.
This year, the award went to our dear colleague Aleksandra Petrovska-Gorin, who with her commitment, dedication and collegiality is a true example of Employee of the Year. She maintains a balance in the relationship between all colleagues and motivates them to achieve the best possible results. He tirelessly takes care of organizing events of a different nature, while satisfying the wishes of all his colleagues and maintaining the values of the company. Coordinating the administrative labyrinths and the ability to transform the accomplished work into numerous awards into numerous Corporate Social Responsibility awards were also recognized by the colleagues.
