Training for dairy production quality improvement (standard products with longer duration and quality permanence) in the Dairy JOKA, Strumica by improving the quality of raw milk and implementing direct cultures. The project was supported by the Agency for Promotion of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Macedonia and financed by the German Technical Assistance, 2006.
