Pharmachem is a privately owned company, founded in Skopje,
Rep. of Macedonia, in October 1990 by Mr Josif Tanevski, PhD in
chemical engineering. Pharmachem is an official representative
and distributor of 23 companies, known worldwide.
The trade department consists of three divisions:
- Instruments and equipment,
- Additives and reagents,
- Diagnostic and drugs.
The consulting department focuses its activities on
environmental protection and introduction of new "cleaner"
technologies. The biochemical laboratory, property of
Pharmachem since 1996, is equipped to offer a wide range of
blood and other tests.
The service for maintenance and repair of the
instruments and balances provided by the company, is an
independent part of Pharmachem.
As a result of the growing activities, Pharmachem moved to a
new building in October 2001. Offices, conference room and stock
cover an area of about 500 m2.
The team of 31 highly trained and educated staff satisfies
the requirements of all the customers.
Pharmachem exhibits regularly on the "Medicine Fair" in
Skopje, as well as on "Tehnoma Fair". Pharmachem has been
awarded three times for his participation on the fairs.
The general manager of Pharmachem, Mr. Josif Tanevski received
the award "Jan Van Apeldorn" in 2001, for his contribution in
implementing the concept of sustainable development in Republic
of Macedonia.
The Macedonian Business Resource Center followed the company and
its activities in 1998, 1999 and 2000 and confirmed the positive
trend of the company's development.
